This is always dependent on the size and scope of each project. In general, for a 2,500 square foot home with moderate customizations and limited construction challenges, we plan for the project to be completed in five and a half months.
-
We are pretty unique - we pride ourselves on always being upfront and proactive when it comes to potential project challenges. Sometimes this changes the scope or timeline of the project and our clients are always prepared for this.

When we say “yes” we really mean it. And we know that budget may be one of the most important aspects of the project for you. Our team is very realistic and transparent when it comes to preparing your budget. During the budgeting phase of your project, we sit down with you to give you a breakdown of costs, including materials, labor, and any potential additional expenses.
-
This is your project and vision - we just make it happen! Our Personal Finish Coordinator works very closely with our clients during most phases of the project. From discussing ideas, making plans, and sourcing materials all the way through the end of the project, our goal is to ensure your vision comes to life.

This is always dependent on the size and scope of each project. We find in general that remodels and additions take just as long as building a new home due to various factors such as constructing in an owner occupied space and ensuring the new project blends into the existing environment.
-
We do a comprehensive assessment for all of our projects, including additions. We review zoning and building codes, have a feasibility study completed, review structural integrity and utilities to ensure current services can handle the increased demand, review any aesthetics, design and environmental considerations and then make a plan for any necessary upgrades or adjustments.
-
Simple. We plan ahead and we prioritize creating really high quality and trusting relationships with our clients. We usually have a pretty good idea of any challenges that the project may pose and address it ahead of time so there’s rarely anything super shocking that arises during a project.
