  • Give us a Call

    Project Conceptualization: This is the initial phase (and arguably the easiest) where the idea of building a home is conceived.

    We will chat and determine the basic requirements, preferences, and goals that you have for your dream home, as well as get some insight into your ideal budget and timeline.

  • Visit the Lot

    Site Selection and Evaluation: Identifying and evaluating potential building sites is so important.

    We take a closer look at factors such as location, accessibility, soil conditions, utilities availability, and zoning regulations and give you feedback based on our findings.

  • Draft up the Plan

    Architectural Design: This is the phase where we take our ideas and plans and create an initial concept and design of the home. This involves drafting floor plans, elevations, and 3D models to visualize the structure and layout.

  • Discuss Budget

    Budget Development: Here we will collaborate to establish a realistic budget for the homebuilding process. To be more specific, we will estimate the overall cost of the project, including materials, labor, permits, and contingencies.

  • Discuss Timeline

    Timeline and Scheduling: We work to develop and share a transparent and realistic timeline for the entire construction process, from site preparation to completion, taking into account potential delays and seasonal factors.

  • Sign Contract

    Contract and Documentation: We’ll outline terms (though we tend to be flexible), responsibilities, and deliverables of the project and make it official.
